Jackie Cohen was fabulous to work with. We were moving from Texas to the Worcester area of Massachusetts. She began working with us 2-3 months before our move, and she walked us through everything we needed. Since we were coming from Texas, we didn't know what to look for in houses built in New England -- different types of heating, basements, etc. Jackie guided us and answered all our questions. She presented us with a great list of homes around the Worcester area, and we were able to find a house and put in an offer after one weekend! Jackie also helped us learn more about our home from the sellers, and we were able to move in confident that we knew how everything worked and where things were. Great experience!!
